Welcome to the Parker, CO dental office of Rodney Allen, DDS. We are so happy to hear you’ve chosen our team to help you achieve your smile goals. We look forward to seeing you and your family in our state-of-the-art dental office, soon! Contact our team if you have questions or still need to make your first appointment. We’ll be happy to help.
From the moment you arrive at our welcoming dental office, you’re sure to feel right at home. A member of our friendly staff will greet you warmly, answer any questions you may have, and take you on a tour of our dental office. If your new patient forms are complete, we’ll try to get you into your examination and teeth cleaning right away. Once we’ve gathered diagnostic x-rays and images and our hygienist has had the opportunity to thoroughly clean your teeth, Dr. Allen will sit down with you one on one to discuss your current state of oral health and goals you may have for ongoing care. We’ll partner with you to create a personalized dental care plan that fits your needs, budget, and schedule.
Before your appointment, we encourage you to take the opportunity to complete our new patient information forms from the comfort and privacy of home. This removes the stress of juggling forms and insurance cards in our waiting room or trying to remember your primary physician’s address. Simply download and complete the forms and bring them with you to your appointment for complete convenience.
Our team has a vast amount of experience handling claims for most major dental insurance providers, and we are almost always happy to process and file these forms for our patients. Before we begin any treatment plan, we’ll be sure to examine your benefits and help you make an educated decision that weighs the benefits of treatment against any out of pocket costs not covered by your insurance provider. In order to ensure you receive the maximum coverage, our dental office is in network with many of the most popular dental insurance companies including:
Our team accepts payment at the time of treatment for any out of pocket costs associated with your care, and we’re happy to take payments in cash, check, or major credit card. We know the out of pocket costs of some treatments may stretch your family’s budget a little too thin, and we always do our utmost to keep our treatments affordable and maximize your insurance benefits. If you’d still prefer to extend the out of pocket costs of your dental care over several payments, we’re happy to work with CareCredit to offer patients low and no interest financing options.
